Most of them are have a balcony of small, average and large size.
All the rooms have been improved a while ago and they are equipped with:

Double bed is 160 cm x 195 cm, it is mostly made with two singles mattress placed side by side. As indicated for the other rooms, doulble are NOT soundproofed.
Rubens hotel is not along the sea front, but in a cross street. Because of this you cannot see the sea from your balconies, but just the houses of your neighbours and nearby hotels.
